Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Business in 30 Lab, led by Yaminah Childress (“the Lab,” “we,” or “us”), handles information collected through the Business in 30 Lab page at iamyaminah.com/business-in-30 and its application. Yaminah Childress determines how and why application information is used and is the contact for privacy requests at yaminah@contractrai.com.

This policy gives Lab-specific details. The Contractr AI Privacy Policy and Terms of Use remain in force wherever they apply and govern separate use of the Contractr AI platform. This policy does not replace or amend them.

Information we collect

Application information: your name, email, type of business, and answers about your idea, goals, actions, and weekly commitment.
Optional readiness answers: your responses to the three-question fit flow, if you complete it before applying.
Technical information: a submission reference, time of submission, acknowledgment of the Lab terms and privacy version, and a one-way hash of the connecting IP address used to limit spam and duplicate applications. Hosting and email providers may also process ordinary request, device, delivery, and security logs needed to operate their services.

Please do not put payment card details, health information, government identifiers, or confidential information about someone else in the application. We do not request these details.

How we use it

We use application information to review fit and commitment, contact you about your application and possible next steps, administer the selection process, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. If you are accepted, later enrollment and payment arrangements will be communicated separately. We do not use an application to enroll you in a marketing list, and we do not sell application information.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on steps taken at your request before possible enrollment, our legitimate interests in running and protecting a selective application process, and legal obligations where applicable. We ask you to acknowledge this policy when applying. Any optional marketing use would require a separate choice where the law requires one.

Where information goes

Applications submitted here are stored in the restricted database of iamyaminah.com, hosted through OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure. Earlier applications submitted at lab.contractrai.com remain in that site's separate restricted database until securely archived or migrated. The Lab receives an email with your application answers at yaminah@contractrai.com, and Resend sends a confirmation to the email address you provide. OpenAI hosts this website and processes site data to operate, maintain, and support it, including through its hosting providers. Resend and the email services involved in delivery process the information needed to send and receive those messages. We may disclose information if required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

OpenAI is the hosting provider, not the operator of the Lab, and does not endorse this program. The Lab's use of hosting is subject to the applicable ChatGPT Sites Terms and data processing terms. Resend's privacy information describes its own practices.

Browser storage and external resources

The site uses session storage in your browser to remember readiness answers and a submission reference during your session. The site does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser and the hosting provider may use necessary technical storage or security mechanisms. You can clear browser storage in your browser settings.

Retention and location

We keep applications for review, related follow-up, and any necessary business or legal recordkeeping, then delete or deidentify them when no longer reasonably needed. Copies in email and provider logs may have different operational retention periods. Contact us if you want us to review or delete your application, subject to any legal or necessary recordkeeping exception.

Information may be processed outside the country where you live. We use service providers under their applicable contractual and legal safeguards; this site does not promise that information stays in a particular country.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing, and you may withdraw consent where consent is the basis. You may also complain to a relevant data protection authority. Email yaminah@contractrai.com with your request; we may need to verify that it concerns your information.

Security, updates, and contact

We use access controls and reasonable measures to protect application information, although no online service can guarantee absolute security. The Lab is intended for adults and does not knowingly seek applications from children. We may update this policy as the site or processing changes; the current version and effective date will appear here.
