Her experience spans entrepreneurship, business and legal infrastructure, organizational leadership, consulting, education, and alternative dispute resolution.
Having built businesses, developed entrepreneurial programs, trained and mentored leaders, and worked across business and community initiatives, Yaminah brings both strategic perspective and firsthand experience to the challenges organizations face.
Her approach connects the practical realities of building a business with the human side of leadership, decision-making, and organizational growth.
