I’m Yaminah—a founder, Mom of four, jurist, speaker, and lover of all things beautiful. I’m also a lifelong student of what helps people and ideas grow.
I’ve built from the ground up: a beauty brand with my daughter, a legal tech platform for founders, consulting work that turns strategy into action, and a foundation centered on youth and supporting single moms. None of these chapters cancels out another. Each one taught me something about what people need to move from possibility to stability.
My background spans law, entrepreneurship, leadership, education, conflict resolution, and community work. I’ve been a teacher, a mediator, a business builder, and a mentor. The common thread is helping people see a path where they previously saw a wall.
I care about ambition that leaves room for life. I believe in thoughtful decisions, honest conversations, and the legal and business infrastructure that lets a good idea stand up in the real world. Away from the desk, I paint, read, travel, practice Pilates, and make space for beauty and curiosity.
